There’s actually a pretty good line in this mission where Del asks why Luke saves and spares him after just murdering a bunch of Stormtroopers, and Luke responds “You gave me a choice.” After that, Del fights with Luke and his perception of the Jedi and the Alliance are forever changed. A slightly better version of Iden’s story is with Del, another Imperial, though his tale has him run into Luke Skywalker in a chance encounter.
